MJD Oilfield Services was established in 2008 by visionary leaders to revolutionize Nigeria’s energy sector. Committed to quality, sustainability, and long-term value, MJD offers comprehensive services from engineering to commissioning for oil and gas infrastructure, both onshore and offshore.

Engr. Familusi Olayemi Olakunle

Managing Director/CEO

Engr. Familusi Olayemi Olakunle is a highly accomplished engineer with over 30 years of experience in oil and gas construction. As the Managing Director/CEO of MJD Oilfield Services Limited, he has led the company’s growth and executed major infrastructure projects across Nigeria. His expertise spans offshore, swamp, and land pipeline construction, as well as facilities engineering, QA/QC, and cost estimation.

Since founding MJD in 2003 and launching operations in 2008, Engr. Familusi has overseen the construction of over 300km of oil and gas pipelines and multiple end facilities. Under his leadership, MJD has secured high-value contracts, including pipeline pigging and corrosion control services for SPDC Nigeria. His strategic vision has driven business growth by more than 500%. A COREN-certified engineer and Fellow of ACGPN, he continues to champion engineering excellence and sustainable development in the energy sector.

Mr. Akintunji Akinwale

Asset and Material Manager

Mr. Akintunji Akinwale is an experienced Asset and Material Manager with over 12 years of field experience in managing assets and materials within the oil and gas industry. He holds both a Higher National Diploma in Business Administration and Management from The Polytechnic, Ibadan, and a National Diploma in Business Studies from the same institution. Akintunji is a graduate member of the Nigerian Institute of Management (NIM) and has completed general HSE training from the Nigeria Institute of Safety Professionals (NISP).

He has successfully managed various large-scale projects, including constructing gas pipelines, metering stations, and pipeline replacements. Akintunji’s expertise extends to asset documentation, materials coordination, vehicle management, and ensuring the safety of personnel on-site.

Engr. Hezekiah Femi Oluwatunmise

Senior Project Manager

With over 25 years of experience in the Oil & Gas industry, Engr. Oluwatunmise is a seasoned project management professional specializing in large-scale pipeline construction, facility development, and engineering solutions. He holds a B.Sc. (Hons) in Mechanical Engineering from Obafemi Awolowo University and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP®️), a COREN-registered engineer, and a Chartered Project Manager.

At MJD Oilfield Services, he leads multi-disciplinary teams, ensuring the seamless execution of complex projects while maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, and efficiency. His expertise spans project planning, risk assessment, procurement, and construction execution. Engr. Oluwatunmise has successfully managed major infrastructure projects, including gas pipeline installations and facility upgrades, working with top industry clients.

Engr. Babatunde Amoo

Project Manager, Construction Services

Engr. Babatunde Amoo is a seasoned mechanical engineer with over 17 years of experience in Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Installation, and Maintenance (EPCIM) projects within Nigeria’s oil and gas sector. He has successfully managed and executed over 19 major construction projects, including pipelines, fabrication, and industrial installations.

A COREN-registered engineer and a member of the Nigerian Society of Engineers (NSE) and the American Welding Society (AWS), Engr. Amoo possesses deep expertise in mechanical piping design, quality inspection, project planning, cost estimation, and HSE compliance.

At MJD Oilfield Services, he leads construction services, overseeing project execution, contractor coordination, and stakeholder engagement. His hands-on approach, technical proficiency, and leadership skills ensure efficient project delivery while maintaining high safety and quality standards. Engr. Amoo is a dynamic professional with a strong problem-solving mindset and a commitment to engineering excellence.

Mr. Austin Okechukwu Ugboaja

Project Manager, Pigging Services

With over 26 years of experience in corrosion control, integrity pigging, and pipeline maintenance, Austin Okechukwu Ugboaja is a seasoned expert in the oil and gas industry. As Project Manager for Pigging Services at MJD Oilfield Services, he leads critical pipeline integrity projects, ensuring operational efficiency and safety.

Austin holds a B.Sc. in Chemistry from the University of Ilorin and a Postgraduate Diploma in Petroleum Engineering from the University of Ibadan. His career spans various roles, including Quality Control, Corrosion Engineering, and Project Management, working on high-profile contracts with Shell Petroleum Development Company.

Certified in ISO 14001, HSE, and advanced pipeline inspection techniques, Augustin specializes in intelligent pigging, cathodic protection, and corrosion monitoring.

Mr. Godwin Imoisi

Administrative Manager

With over 18 years of experience in human resources and administrative management, Godwin Imoisi plays a pivotal role at MJD Oilfield Services Limited. As Administrative Manager, he oversees HR functions, community relations, security, and legal compliance, ensuring seamless project execution.

A graduate of Banking and Finance from Rivers State University of Science and Technology, Godwin further honed his expertise with a Postgraduate Diploma in Management from the University of Calabar. He is a Corporate Member of the Chartered Institute of Administration in Nigeria.

He has contributed to key pipeline and infrastructure projects, including the Escravos–Lagos Gas Pipeline expansion and the Anoh Gas Plant construction. His expertise in negotiation, staff coordination, and community engagement has been instrumental in MJD’s operational success.

Mr. Emmanuel Okechukwu Ezeike

QAQC Manager

Mr. Emmanuel Okechukwu Ezeike is a seasoned Quality Assurance and Quality Control (QAQC) expert with over 16 years of hands-on experience in the Oil & Gas industry. A graduate of Ambrose Alli University, Ekpoma, with a B.Eng. (Hons) in Mechanical Engineering, he is a corporate member of the Nigerian Society of Engineers (MNSE).

As QAQC Manager at MJD Oilfield Services Limited, he oversees quality control in pipeline and facilities construction, ensuring compliance with industry standards and project specifications. His expertise spans ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management Systems, Radiographic Film Interpretation (ASNT Level II), and project auditing.

Mr. Ezeike has been instrumental in the successful execution of major pipeline projects, gas metering stations, and facility upgrades for leading oil and gas companies. His meticulous approach to quality control, safety, and compliance ensures the integrity and efficiency of critical infrastructure.

Mr. Bobmanuel Enemadiya

Finance Manager

Mr. Bobmanuel Enemadiya is a seasoned Finance Manager with over 14 years of experience in accounting, auditing, and financial management. He holds a B.Sc. (Hons) in Finance & Banking from the University of PortHarcourt and is a member of the Chartered Institute of Financial and Investment Analysts (CIFAN), the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria (CIBN), and the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN).

Bobmanuel serves as the Finance Manager at MJD Oilfield Services Limited, where he oversees financial accounts, budgeting, cash flow, and ensures compliance with financial regulations. He has a strong background in financial operations, having previously held roles such as Head of Operations at Royal Microfinance Bank and Audit Assistant at OfoOdo and Co. He also contributed to the growth of small businesses as a Manager and Resource Person at CAD Digital Farm, teaching courses in accounting, taxation, and financial planning.

Mr. Olayinka Yesufu

HSE Manager

With over 14 years of experience in health, safety, and environmental (HSE) management, Olayinka Yesufu has successfully led safety operations for numerous onshore and offshore projects, overseeing more than 25,000 man-hours with zero fatalities.

A graduate of the University of Ibadan with a B.Sc. in Petroleum Engineering, Olayinka also holds a PGD in Mechanical Engineering from Rivers State University of Science and Technology. His expertise spans risk assessment, HSE audits, compliance management, and workforce training. Certified by NEBOSH and the Nigerian Institute of Safety Professionals, Olayinka is dedicated to fostering a culture of safety and operational excellence.

At MJD, he spearheads HSE strategies, ensuring strict adherence to industry best practices.
